These chocolates are perfect for homemade gifting, as part of a high tea platter, or just as a sneaky treat to keep in the fridge for when you are after something special. Full of festive flavours, these really are well balanced and more-ish!

Ingredients
- 180g dark chocolate
- 1/2 tsp coconut oil
- 4 marshmallows, cut up small
- 8 jelly lollies, cut up small
- 1 Leda Gluten Free Gingernut Biscuit
Instructions
- In a silicone sweet mold or ice cube tray, place a few pieces of lolly and marshmallow - about 4-6 pieces total depending on the size of your sweet pieces.
- Crush the gingernut biscuit up fine in a zip lock bag.
- Gently melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together in a glass bowl over a boiling pot of water.
- Pour over the melted chocolate evenly throughout the molds.
- Quickly sprinkle the crushed gingernut evenly over the top and press down gently.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours minimum, then pop out of the mold and enjoy!
- Keep refrigerated in an airtight container.
