Strawberry Chia Collagen Pudding

Chia Seeds are a nutritional superfood. Few foods boast the amount of nutritional benefits as this humble weeny guy, making them the best seed possible to eat as often as possible! Its a great option for those looking to eat healthy, or those with health issues and it can help you stay fuller for longer. This treat is especially beautiful with homegrown strawberries for a really elevated flavor profile. Top with whatever takes your fancy… a handful of nuts, fresh or freeze dried fruit - also yummy with a dollop of greek yoghurt!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup lactose free milk
  • 4 TBSP Adashiko Pure Collagen Powder
  • 3 TBSP Chia Seeds
  • 2.5 TBSP Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract/Paste
  • 70g fresh strawberries, diced
  • Toppings of choice: Freeze dried strawberries, dark chocolate flakes, greek yoghurt etc

Instructions

  1. Pour the milk into a medium sized bowl and sprinkle over the collagen powder. Stir until dissolved.
  2. Add the maple syrup, vanilla, chia seeds, and diced strawberry and stir until well combined.
  3. Cover and place in the refrigerator to set overnight.
  4. Spoon set mixture into individual serving dishes and add desired toppings. Serve chilled.

Notes

Keeps up to 4 days in the fridge.
