Dark Choc Fig Bites

Gluten Free, Vegetarian, Low FODMAP serving avail, No Onion or Garlic

Scenario: you’ve been gifted some figs. What do you do with them? You’ve heard of wrapping them in bacon and stuffing with cheese, but you can’t eat pork. Chucking them in a salad seems a little bit of a waste given how uncommon they are in your country. An idea forms.

This was the exact situation I was faced with when a family member gifted us a handful of beautiful large figs. this recipe was one of my solutions! This was received really well across all my social platforms, and I hope you love it as much as I do!
